Once the Office of Admissions receives your application, academic records and scores from Admissions Testing (testing is only required for incoming 9th grade students) you and your family will be contacted to conduct an Enrollment Meeting*.
This 45-minute meeting is held between School Administration and your family, is designed to promote a successful transition to the SJA learning community while having an honest conversation with prospective student and parent/legal guardian. Part of the discussion will include questions for both the student and family about learning behaviors, academic strengths and challenges, learning preferences, and extracurricular interests, etc.
Upon completion of your meeting, School Administration will make their determination on the students ability to now enroll at SJA in order to register for classes, get a course schedule and administer financial aid.
*Bi-lingual Enrollment Meetings are available to assist with Spanish Translation upon request.
