SJA Summer Academy
Our bridge to high school program is designed for incoming Freshwomen to transition to high school with a clear understanding of what St. Joan Antida High School (SJA) is like. Required participants* are exposed to SJA student life, while getting practical experience through classwork and group discussions about study habits and test taking skills facilitated by school staff. Students will discuss topics relevant to young women transitioning to high school, and HAVE FUN by getting to know the other students entering SJA through a scheduled series of learning sessions over 5 weeks of preparation for high school.
*Not all students are required to attend SJA Summer Academy. School Administration will make a determination of your requirement to participate in during your Enrollment Meeting.
SJA Summer Academy begins Monday, June 24 and ends Friday, July 26.
Yellow bus transportation is provided.
Registration is for SJA Summer Academy for the 2019-20 school year will take place during Freshwoman Registration Night scheduled in March.
Programming runs from 7:30 am-12 pm, Monday – Friday for five weeks.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND ENROLLED AT SJA IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
