An IB education will ensure a life without limits and a future that is full of possibility and opportunity.

The IB program, which now exists in schools in more than 138 countries, is recognized by colleges and universities around the world as the premier academic curriculum, one that excels in preparing students for learning, working, and leading in a global economy.

SJA is dedicated to an "IB for All" philosophy, preparing high school girls for higher education in a supportive learning environment. Through IB, SJA provides each student a rigorous world-class educational program, encouraging academic achievement, intellectual confidence, and personal growth.

A rigorous college-bound education is the tool by which we empower our young women for success. By learning to think critically, express thoughts eloquently, and demonstrate learning at high levels, our young women are college or career ready when they leave SJA.

In the 9th and 10th grades, through "Intro to IB" and other related courses, SJA prepares students for IB instruction. Starting their junior year, ALL SJA students are enrolled in IB-level courses in the Career-related Programme (CP) track.
