Emily Santeler is the newest member of the St. Joan Antida Development team serving as Development and Events Specialist. Santeler is originally from Delavan, WI but moved to Milwaukee to serve with AmeriCorps and College Possible. Prior to her position at SJA, she completed two terms of service with the organization as a coach, acting as a near-peer mentor for college students (including working closely with SJA alumnae!)
Santeler has gained a wide-ranging skill-set working for nonprofit organizations around the state of Wisconsin. Her passions for education, fundraising, and event planning have led her to serve as an Advocacy Intern at Arts Wisconsin in Madison, WI and as President and student intern of Young Auditorium's Cultural Affairs Committee in Whitewater, WI where she successfully programmed the venue's 25th anniversary season.
Santeler is currently pursuing her Master's of Nonprofit Leadership and Management through Arizona State University. She completed her undergraduate studies in Music and Nonprofit Arts Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
"I am elated to join the SJA family as part of the Development department. I cannot wait to see our community continue to come together through SJA events, to serve our young women, and to support future world leaders here in Milwaukee."
