SJA's Board of Directors Welcomes Sean Phelan, Names New Officers

The St. Joan Antida High School Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Phelan as the newest member of the Board with a three-year term which began in August. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Phelan has been involved in all aspects of the development process; planning, feasibility analysis, structured finance, entitlements, design, finance and construction. His company, Phelan Development has a primary focus in commercial real estate development, acquisition and consulting. In this capacity, Phelan Development develops and re-positions infill properties that are underutilized and transforms them into active, engaging and pedestrian friendly projects. Current projects include the redevelopment and rehabilitation of the former National Hardware Building on the north side of Downtown Milwaukee in partnership with WiRED Properties and the development of Work Lofts, a micro co-working space located on the East Side of Milwaukee. Phelan's experience spans across medical, office, retail, hospitality, educational, multi-family, and mixed-use development, acquisition and consulting.

The Board also elected new officers who will each serve a two-year term:
